Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the RealIQData.com CRM platform ("we", "our", or "us"), a customer relationship management (CRM) software service provided by Real IQ LLC, using a white-labeled version of the GoHighLevel platform.

By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. Services Provided

We provide access to a cloud-based CRM software tailored for professionals seeking robust marketing automation, sales pipeline management, SMS and email communication, funnels, and integrations.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming legally binding contracts to use our services.

3. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to update it as needed.

4. Payment Terms

RealIQData.com operates on a pay-as-you-go basis.
Subscriptions are billed either monthly or annually, depending on the plan you select. Monthly subscriptions are $97.00 per month.
There is no long-term contract. You may cancel at any time before your next billing cycle.
All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of your account.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful, abusive, or unauthorized purposes. This includes, but is not limited to:

Sending spam or unsolicited communications
Hosting illegal, offensive, or fraudulent content
Misusing or unlawfully collecting third-party data

6. Third-Party Services

Our platform may integrate with third-party services (e.g., Twilio, Stripe, Google). Real IQ LLC is not responsible for the performance or reliability of these services.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violations of this Agreement. You may cancel your subscription by logging into your account and selecting the cancellation option.

8. Data and Privacy

Your data belongs to you. Real IQ LLC will not access, share, or sell your customer data unless required by law or with your explicit permission. See our [Privacy Policy] for full details.
